Afterwards, we will list and discuss potential issues to consider and potentially include in the offer negotiations.

Checking legal and financial circumstances of selected property and if desired arranging an English speaking lawyer to make sure the purchase process runs smooth and safe.

If there are any issues with a property we will fully inform you of the situation and options. It can be addressed appropriately or we'll move on to find a better property.
