Then we creating an offer strategy, negotiate on your behalf and get an offer accepted. Together with our lawyer we make sure the contracts protect you and your interest.
Finally, you'll complete the purchase and we'll be with you at the key handover. Afterwards, we're available to assist to make your new home perfect and ready for living or renting out.

The heart of our operating area is the eastern part of Axarquia, Malaga, Costa del Sol.
It includes Nerja, Frigiliana, Torrox, Algarrobo, Sayalonga, Caleta de Velez, Velez-Malaga and Torre del Mar and surroundings. It is close to Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport and has great road connections.

Who we are
Sol Home Finders was founded by Dutch national Joris van der Starre, to put his passion for property to best use, helping others to find their dream home in Spain. He has worked in the real estate sector for over 20 years.
Joris lives locally and knows the region for over 15 years. He spends his time between a villa in the mountains and an apartment at the sea. He is experienced in renting out properties and enjoys finding opportunities to improve properties and add value, for owners and guests.
As a small company Sol Home Finders is able to form a real connection with its customers and get to know what would make a property ideal for them. We are willing to go the extra mile to make sure we achieve successful outcomes and we thrive on satisfied clients.
